Morning sickness hey?!
If you are anything like I was then that is one of the less favourable symptoms of pregnancy!
I suffered with Hyperemesis Gravidarum and the sickness was morning, noon and night…even the smell that wafted my way when someone opened the fridge door was enough to set me off! I couldn’t even THINK about certain foods…! It wasn’t fun, but I kept telling myself that it would pass (it didn’t really) and that it was all the sign that things were going in the right direction with the pregnancy.
I definitely didn’t realise that there is such a wealth of support and information out there for people with the condition and had I known, I’m sure it would have made for a much easier time. Thankfully I worked a lot of it out myself…I always had an easy something to eat with me, I rested as much as I could and I carried around so many emergency puke bags…!
Thankfully I didn’t suffer too much emotionally with it, although it was a pretty lonely time having to lie on the sofa all day because I couldn’t really move too quickly as that made me sick and I only took walks at night to get some fresh air because I was so aware of suddenly being sick. OK, so maybe I found it a little tougher than I thought I had! (Just writing this is giving me some kind of release!) But I had the support of a wonderful husband who took care of me and went out of his way to get me food when I suddenly felt hungry for a McDonalds milkshake at 2am…or drove around garages looking for those travel sweets I HAD to have because that is all I could keep down…!
Looking back I would have so loved the opportunity to have access to the wonderful Managing Morning Sickness MP3 that is available on my website (and by clicking here) because who knows; it may have taken away my suffering completely after just 1 or 2 listens or I may have found that once I’d listened to it during the day, I was able to get back on track with the rest of my day. I really don’t know, but what I do know that if you are reading this, then now is your chance to download the FREE MP3 and see if it can help you manage your morning sickness!
It’s worth a try isn’t it!
Did I mention it’s free? And who doesn’t love a freebie?!
All you need to do once you’ve downloaded it is find a spot where you can get as comfortable as you can be and simply listen to the MP3. Somewhere where you won’t be interrupted and can relax with baby and let the wonderful MP3 do it’s magic.
I’ll then be in touch to see how you’re getting on and answer any questions you may have.
If you would like to know more, please do get in touch, I am more than happy to have a chat!
